The Manager, Compliance and Payments Processing, will play a pivotal role in ensuring our company's adherence to regulatory requirements while overseeing efficient and accurate payment processing operations. They will be responsible for managing compliance procedures, developing, and implementing policies, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations. Additionally, they will lead a team to ensure all payment processing tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner. They will be customer-focused, results-driven, and have excellent communication skills.

How you'll add value:

  • Assist in developing, implementing, and enforcing compliance policies and procedures including but not limited to third party sender requirements, NACHA guidelines, and bank regulatory standards

  • Monitor regulatory developments and ensure the company's practices align with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Conduct regular audits to assess compliance levels and identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address compliance concerns and implement corrective actions.

  • Lead and supervise a team responsible for processing tasks, including data entry, document verification, and transaction processing and research.

  • Establish processing goals and benchmarks to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

  • Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

  • Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of accuracy and reliability.

  • Identify potential compliance and operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

  • Monitor internal processes to identify areas of vulnerability and implement safeguards to prevent compliance breaches.

  • Respond promptly to compliance incidents and take appropriate corrective actions.

  • Prepare regular reports on compliance activities, processing performance, and key metrics.

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of compliance procedures, audits, and corrective actions taken.

  • Ensure all relevant stakeholders are informed about compliance issues and progress towards resolution.

What you'll need to be successful in this role:

  • At least 5 years of experience in payment operations, compliance, or related roles

  • Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification required

  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of payment processing, compliance requirements, and industry best practices

  • Experience working with financial institutions and maintaining strong partnerships

  • Strong technical proficiency, including knowledge of payment systems, software, and tools

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information effectively

  • Leadership capabilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and prioritize multiple tasks effectively

R365 Team Member Benefits & Compensation

  • This position has a salary range of $85K-$105K. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location. Restaurant365 focuses on equitable pay for our team and aims for transparency with our pay practices.
