Role: Macess /FIS Workflow Manager -Senior Developer

Location: Norfolk, VA (Remote)

Experience: 8 to 10 Years total of experience

This role is with the Cognizant Enterprise Integration (EI) and Digital Process Orchestration (DPO) within Enterprise Platform Services Team. Cognizant’s EI &DPO practice is a world leading provider of Hybrid Cloud Integration and Process Automation Services. EI &DPO practice has strategic alliances with “best of bread” platform providers to provide service for Cloud Integration, Hybrid Integration Platforms, B2B Platforms, DPA and Low Code Platforms, and Cloud Integration.

Job Description: While each team member has a primary skill set, they are also expected to learn and contribute to areas outside of their primary skill set. The team is highly collaborative and values continuous improvement and open communication. You will be expected to be a well-regarded and respected individual contributor; possess strong inter-personal skills. This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the migration requirement and plan migration.

· Develop and own the migration strategy for the platform (Macess), documents, meta data, configurations from on-premises server to the cloud.

· Design the right size of system resources required for the migration.

· Coordinate with the stakeholders to conduct smoke testing to validate the migration accuracy.

· Provide technical guidance and support team members.

Required Qualifications

· Prior experience in document management system migration, preferably Macess

· Experience in healthcare industry and security requirements (HIPAA, PHI / PII, least privilege access) will be a plus.

· Hands-on experience in Azure services

· Experience in scripting and automation.

· Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills (working with a global team)

· Good analytical and problem-solving skill.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 to 140,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
