Proof of work The team The Asset Growth & Management Product Group is responsible for helping our clients maintain and build their wealth with cryptocurrency. From staking and asset listings to custody solutions, we ensure that our clients have access to a diverse range of tools to help our users grow and manage their assets effectively.
The opportunity
Manage Kraken’s highly cross functional token listings operational workflow, coordinating stakeholders across engineering, marketing and legal
Continually refine and iterate processes in order to drive maximum efficiency
Work with product and engineering to identify automate processes where necessary
Assist product in outreach and discussions with potential listing candidates
Own data management and reporting for the listings product line while working alongside data engineering
Support product with ad hoc tasks in a fast paced environment
Skills you should HODL
BSc or equivalent
2+ years of experience in an operational, reporting role, ideally in the crypto industry
Excellent organization and communication skills
Ability to manage and balance competing priorities
Expertise in data gathering, processing and management
Solution orientated, highly motivated self starter
Deep understanding of project management skills and best practices
2+ years of personal or professional crypto experience
