Are you ready to be part of a team that’s changing the world? At Lumivero, we develop powerful data-intelligence software that empowers users to answer their most pressing questions. Our trusted research, decision-making, and organizational tools help academic and corporate professionals create impactful insights from their most complex data – enabling them to work more efficiently and make informed, confident decisions.

At Lumivero, we believe that an exceptional legal team isn’tjust about giving great advice—it’s about driving good decisions and critical outcomes across our business. We’re a collaborative, high-performing group that enjoys building, solving, and improving. To keep pace with our growth and ambition, we’re seeking a Legal Operations Manager to join the team.

This role is an ideal opportunity for someone with a legal background who doesn’t dream of courtroomsbut thrives on serving as the engine that propels a legal team forward, eversmarter and more effective. You’ll work at the intersection of law, business, and operations—serving as the connective tissue that keeps everything aligned and moving forward.

If you’ve ever said, “There has to be a better way to do this,” and then gone out and found (or built) that better way, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Your work will be varied, challenging, and meaningful. You’ll take ownership of projects across a broad range of legal operations, including:

  • Contract Lifecycle Management: Streamline and support our contract review and negotiation processes.

  • M&A and International Operations: Collaborate on cross-border projects, acquisitions, and integrations, ensuring smooth transitions and communication.

  • Compliance and Training: Develop programs that keep our teams compliant, informed, and engaged—across jurisdictions and topics.

  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with Finance to oversee the systems and processes supporting our vendor contracts, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.

  • Process-Building and Improvement: Design, implement, and optimize workflows that enable our legal team to scale efficiently and deliver value across the company.

  • Problem-Solving Across the Board: Dive into tasks big and small—whether it’s identifying operational gaps, supporting a new compliance framework, or just helping the team stay organized.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal education.

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in legal operations, corporate legal departments, or similar roles.

  • Strong understanding of legal processes, contracts, and operations.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

  • Experience with tools and systems supporting legal operations (contract management, equity platforms, compliance tools, etc.) is a plus.

  • A desire to work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. (Trite but true!)

Benefits

  • 401(k) with a generous match.

  • Flexible time off.

  • Generous parental and family leave.

  • Professional development opportunities, training, and support.

  • Comprehensive health insurance plans.
