This is a hands-on, project-driven program where you will take ownership of meaningful initiatives that improve how Netwrix engages with prospects and customers. From day one, you will be embedded in a team, assigned a clearly defined project, and expected to deliver measurable outcomes by the end of the program.
This is not a shadowing program — you will analyze, optimize, and build, directly impacting outreach effectiveness and conversion across the sales funnel.
Program Dates are 1 June 2026 – 14 August 2026. This is a remote-first role with occasional travel required for team meetings. This is a paid internship.
Position Overview
Netwrix is seeking a motivated Summer Legal Intern interested in cybersecurity and artificial intelligence. This role provides hands-on exposure to the legal operations of a global technology company and supporting corporate legal, procurement, and global labor compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Immerse yourself in day-to-day functions of the corporate legal department.
Intake and support labor and employment requests, including related legal research.
Conduct multi-jurisdictional research and drafting in support of global HR operations.
Participate in the reviewing and redlining process for Procurement contracts.
Assist with projects exploring/implementing the use of artificial intelligence to streamline procurement contract review.
Qualifications
Required
Currently enrolled in and actively attending an ABA-accredited law school (J.D. program).
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Interest in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and emerging technology law.
Preferred
Demonstrated experience and proficiency using artificial intelligence tools or legal technology platforms.
Exposure to contract review, procurement, or employment law research.
