The Sandberg Goldberg Bernthal Family Foundation (SGBFF) works to build a more equal and resilient world. We bring people together to support each other through four initiatives: LeanIn.Org, LeanInGirls.Org, OptionB.Org, and the Dave Goldberg Scholarship Program.

We are looking for a temporary Coordinator to bolster our Lean In Programs team and advance the global impact of Lean In’s initiatives.

What You Will Do

  • Monitor and manage multiple inboxes, promptly responding to queries via email.

  • Develop macros for quick responses to common queries and escalate high-priority items.

  • Coordinate and schedule quarterly Zoom calls and public-facing Lean In trainings.

  • Collect and update metrics post-training sessions.

  • Manage the processing of Network Leader expenses year-round.

  • Maintain and update an external database with operational information.

  • Distribute and track Network Leaders Program (NLP) Agreements via Docusign.

  • Assist in data transfer from Excel to Hubspot for ongoing tracking (as needed).

  • Approve weekly requests to join the Circle Leader Facebook group.

  • Assist SVP with scheduling external meetings.

What You Will Bring

  • Up to two years of administrative support experience including calendar management, scheduling, processing expense reports, and correspondence.

  • Prior experience supporting externally facing teams.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both internally and externally.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Calendar) and familiarity with Slack.

  • Familiarity with Zoom, Hubspot, and Zendesk is advantageous.

What We Will Offer You

  • The base salary range for this role varies depending on a candidate’s location which is categorized into one of two bands. National Band: $54,000-$61,000. Bay Area/New York Metro Band: $60,000-$68,000. 

  • The actual base salary within the applicable market range may also vary depending on the candidate's qualifications, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

  • A comprehensive benefits plan including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with a 4% percent employer match, basic life/AD&D insurance, basic short-term disability insurance, and more!

Important Information

  • This is a full-time, time-limited, exempt position with an anticipated end date of 12/31/2024.

  • While we are a remote-first organization and work schedules are flexible, team-wide meetings are often held between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm Pacific Time.

  • The selected individual must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
