We are looking for a Lead Technical Writer to spearhead the development of English-language technical guides.

The ideal candidate will oversee the quality of work produced by our team of technical writers, and contribute expert insights to improve the user experience. Additionally, the role demands direct involvement in creating detailed and user-friendly guides for the Creatio platform.   

Required professional skills:

• minimum of 3 years in the IT sector, including 2+ years as a Technical Writer, with a strong portfolio in user manuals, technical documentation; 

• proficient in structuring  information; 

• skilled in proofreading; 

• experience in writing UI texts; 

• competent in using visualization and text formatting tools to enhance documentation clarity and engagement; 

• proven experience in leading  documentation development/localization projects; 

• experience in backlog management; 

• fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills;

• people-management skills will be a plus. 

Responsibilities:

• development and management of content; 

• proofreading of texts; 

• quality control of video content, demos, and other types of materials; 

• maintenance of technical writers team productivity; 

• backlog management; 

• assist language partners with localization.
