We're looking for a Lead Social Media Strategist to be responsible for overseeing our Bridge social media platforms, ensuring content aligns with brand standards, and leading our Bridge Social Media Team toward achieving outstanding results. The ideal candidate will be a creative and strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing social media channels.

In a Typical Day, You’ll:
Create, monitor, and adapt a social media strategy to reach Bridge team goals and objectives.
Develop a social media sales leads funnel strategy toward achieving the team's quarterly sales goals.
Oversee and monitor social media content creation.
Identify, monitor, and improve efficiency standards.
Track, report, and relay data to company stakeholders.
Communicate effectively and timely with stakeholders and team members across departments.
To Land This Gig, You Need:
A minimum of three years of demonstrated experience with social media or digital marketing, including Facebook and Instagram.
Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g. Facebook Business Manager, HubSpot) and analytics platforms.
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all aspects of work.
Effective leadership experience and the skill set to communicate vision, drive our mission, and hold team members accountable for the team objectives.
To be skilled at creating written social media strategies, plans, and architecture and driving activities toward effectively achieving objectives and quantifiable goals and outcomes.
