  • Maintain compensation data, structures, and documentation to support pay equity, transparency, market competitiveness, and process improvements, including HRIS updates to tools, workflows, and documentation.

  • Partner with Finance and HR leadership on compensation planning, modeling, budgeting, and market analyses, including participation in compensation surveys.

  • Contribute to communication and change management for program launches and updates.

  • Develop decision-support tools and guidance to enable managers to make fair, data-driven pay decisions.

  • Assist in aligning paid time off and other reward programs with overall total rewards strategy and compliance requirements.

  • Monitor compensation and rewards trends, providing insights to inform program enhancements.

Employee Engagement

  • Support the launch, analysis, and reporting of company-wide engagement surveys, ensuring data accuracy, generating actionable insights and identifying opportunities to improve survey processes, reporting, and follow-up practices.

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to translate results into practical recommendations and follow-up initiatives, including focus groups, listening sessions, and pulse surveys.

  • Maintain engagement data, documentation, and resources to ensure consistency, accuracy, and scalability across cycles.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align engagement insights with performance, talent, and retention initiatives.

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, compensation, performance management, or total rewards, including hands-on support for performance and compensation cycles in mid-sized or growing organizations.

  • Strong understanding of performance management practices (goal setting, feedback, calibration) and compensation fundamentals (salary structures, merit cycles, incentives, pay equity).

  • Working knowledge of relevant labor laws and compliance considerations (e.g., FLSA, pay transparency regulations).

  • Experience with compensation benchmarking, survey data, and analytics; ability to interpret data and translate findings into clear insights.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; HRIS experience strongly preferred.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, project management, and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive employee data with accuracy and discretion.
