What you will do
Support a team of UI/UX designers, assist in decision-making processes, and be attentive to challenges and needs during daily operations
Be responsible for overseeing the UI/UX design of our ABOUT YOU mobile and desktop Website, our mobile App, and all other related customer touch points (CRM)
Work on leading fashion platforms in the eCommerce industry and collaborate effectively with product managers and engineers
Translate feature requirements into useful and intuitive designs for digital products that provide a great experience for users
Create prototypes, from low to high fidelity
Who you are:
An experienced professional with 5+ years of professional experience in the field of UI/UX
You have a design background with a good understanding of complex web and app product structures as well as complex user flows in the field of e-commerce
You have hands-on experience with Figma to create directional designs for major new functionalities
You have strong communication and interpersonal skills that help you understand and manage business and tech stakeholder needs as well as maintain a sustainable relationship with stakeholders
You are willing to “dig deep” into operations and support with a strong sense of ownership for the customer journey
You are comfortable with working in an international working environment and your written and spoken English skills are very good
