This is Brand Design at Lattice
As a Lead Brand Designer at Lattice, you’ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life across digital, print, experiential, and executive touchpoints. You’ll help design scalable brand systems across product marketing, campaigns, web, events, and executive communications. You’ll partner closely with marketing, product marketing, web, and brand leadership at a pivotal moment in Lattice’s growth. As we continue to evolve our positioning as an end-to-end people platform, you’ll help translate strategy into thoughtful, scalable design systems across digital and physical environments. This is an opportunity for a hands-on design leader who brings strong judgment and operational excellence. 🚀
What You Will Do
Lead end-to-end design for high-impact brand systems across campaigns, product marketing launches, web experiences, and events.
Own creative development for experiential initiatives, including industry show environment, large-format graphics, on-site collateral, and vendor production coordination. Translate brand strategy into scalable, high-performing design systems and assets across digital and physical touchpoints.
Prepare production-ready files for print and large-format vendors, ensuring accuracy in bleed, trim, color profiles (CMYK/RGB), and scaling.
Develop executive-level presentations that translate business narratives into clear visual storytelling.
Partner cross-functionally with GTM, product marketing, and leadership to develop design solutions aligned to business goals.
Contribute to the evolution and documentation of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency while enabling creative flexibility.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, templates, and processes that increase efficiency and unlock higher-level creative thinking.
Design with a global mindset, ensuring work scales across markets, languages, and channels.
Provide mentorship and creative guidance to other designers, raising the bar for craft and execution.
Lead creative development for field marketing and experiential initiatives, including trade show environments, executive events, large-format graphics, and on-site brand systems.
Own production-ready files for print vendors, ensuring excellence in large-format graphics, color management (CMYK/RGB), bleed/trim accuracy, and on-site execution quality.
Develop compelling executive-level presentations and sales enablement decks, translating complex ideas into clear, visually engaging narratives.
What You Will Bring to the Table
7–9+ years of brand design experience, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or multi-product environments.
A strong portfolio demonstrating scalable brand systems across digital, print, and physical environments.
Demonstrated expertise in presentation design (Google Slides, Keynote, Figma), including data visualization and executive storytelling.
Ability to independently lead complex projects from brief through execution.
Strategic thinking grounded in business context, customer insights, and performance goals.
Clear communicator who can articulate design rationale, manage feedback, and align stakeholders.
High craft bar with a pragmatic approach to timelines and constraints.
Comfort operating in evolving systems and ambiguous problem spaces.
Deep expertise in presentation design (PowerPoint/Google Slides) with strong narrative and data visualization skills.
Experience preparing files for large-format print vendors

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $126,500 - $158,500. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans.
