That’s where you come in.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Lead Benefits Project Manager to help us deliver a benefits experience that’s simple, supportive, and consistent across our global footprint. If you care deeply about creating a world-class employee experience, enjoy building scalable systems, and love collaborating across regions and time zones, you’ll thrive here. You’ll report directly to the Head of Global Benefits and will be an individual contributor.
In This Role, You’ll Get To:
Project Manage Global Benefits Programs
Project manage key global benefits initiatives including annual renewal planning, open enrollment, program launches, and policy updates.
Manage project plans, timelines, communications, and stakeholder alignment to ensure smooth, on-time delivery.
Partner with our People teams around the world to ensure programs meet local needs, regulations, and expectations.
Scale up HubSpot’s programs, processes, and technology tools; identifying opportunities and creating the plan to optimize them.
Make Our Benefits Better (and Smarter)
Gather insights, benchmark global markets, and support the evolution of HubSpot’s global benefits strategy.
Contribute to the development of our global benefits philosophy and vision for the future.
Identify opportunities to simplify, streamline, and enhance employee experience.
Balance global consistency with local relevancy — helping us grow better, not just bigger.
Strengthen How We Operate

Improve benefits processes, documentation, and workflows across our People tech stack.
Collaborate with Legal, Finance, People Business Partners, and external vendors to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Bring clarity, compassion, and expertise to every interaction.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
Has 5–8 years of experience in project management, consulting project work, or workflow / process management. Also has related experience in global benefits, total rewards, or HR/People operation.
Has led cross-functional projects and enjoys the organization, communication, and problem-solving that comes with it.
Brings experience supporting global scaling or new country launches.
