We are working with our client to deliver datacenter campus sites to a condition ready for permanent works to support construction of Data Centers. We are looking for a passionate, high-energy individual to help build the network that powers the world’s largest online services. The Land Development Constructability Program Manager oversees a portfolio of Land Development Early Works projects with a focus on project scope and constructability. He or she will manage generating requirements documents for projects with a wide variety of unique requirements favoring civil specialties including site earthworks, building demolition, environmental remediation, grading and vegetation removal, and substation pad construction.

 This Constructability Program Manager will work with the Land Development prepositioning team to ensure that: 1) construction details and permit requirements are confirmed, 2) contiguous trades are coordinated, 3) design sets incorporate stakeholder requirements and 4) overall schedule and duration confirmation. This role requires regular engagement with key client stakeholders, including Land Development, Security, Legal, Design, Construction, and Operations teams, regulatory agencies, and outside consultants and contractors.  

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support Early Works program development through constructability review during site due diligence, master planning and design. 

  • Recommend Early Works scoping to deliver preposition sites and advise through constructability review of acquired parcels and evaluation of suitability to employ early site development prepositioning strategy

  • Collaborate with regional leads and Land Development team along with coordinating across stakeholder teams to ensure alignment on prepositioning scope, schedule, and budget. 

  • Regular engagement with onsite Construction Management of Early Works delivery.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possess a strong background in project management and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related degree preferred

  • Proficient in reading and understanding contract documents, plans and specifications.

  • 5-10 years of progressive project management experience.

  • Demonstrated functional knowledge of contracts, drawings, estimates, and specifications to ensure compliance with construction/project requirements.

  • Experience project delivery, construction scheduling, construction management processes and knowledge of construction means and methods.

  • Be fluent in business English (additional languages are a plus).

  • Ability to travel to project sites as needed

  • Work well within a fast-paced organization who is a self-starter, process-minded, and collaborative.

$150,000 - $180,000 a year
