Salary Range: Php 20,000 - 24,000 Responsibilities: User-Centered Design

  • Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and conducting thorough user research and analysis.

  • Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy that aligns with both user needs and brand objectives.

  • Produce high-quality UX design solutions, including wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and interactive prototypes.

  • Design intuitive UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for digital assets.

Research and Analysis

  • Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis, to inform design decisions and ensure designs are data-driven.

  • Utilize research findings to identify user pain points and opportunities for improvement in design and user experience.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into the design process.

Prototyping, Testing, and CRO

  • Develop detailed UI mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma that clearly illustrate site functionality and aesthetics.

  • Conduct various testing methods, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and usability testing, to validate design hypotheses and optimize user experience.

  • Implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies to enhance user engagement and conversion rates by analyzing user behavior and making data-driven design changes.

  • Prepare and present initial drafts and design concepts to internal teams and key stakeholders, incorporating iterative feedback.

Collaboration and Implementation

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure cohesive and user-centered design implementations.

  • Provide expertise in UX research methodologies and support testing activities to predict and analyze user behavior.

  • Ensure all designs adhere to style standards, including typography, color theory, and graphic design principles.

  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve UX problems (e.g., responsiveness, accessibility issues) across various digital platforms.

Communication and Presentation

  • Effectively communicate design ideas and justifications to team members and stakeholders through presentations and design documentation.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and pitch presentations, offering insights and suggestions to enhance UI/UX design outcomes.

  • Create and present user journey maps, personas, and other user research artifacts to support design decisions.

Continuous Learning and Industry Knowledge

  • Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies, particularly in Figma and other prototyping tools.

  • Engage in professional development opportunities such as workshops, webinars, and conferences to refine design skills and research methodologies.

  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and insights for continuous improvement in design processes.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products or services is preferred. However, fresh graduates with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.

  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design work, including web and mobile platforms, with a focus on user research, CRO, and prototype development.

  • Proficiency in Figma, along with familiarity with other design tools such as Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Demonstrated experience in conducting user research and applying research findings to design decisions.

  • Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other CRO techniques to optimize user engagement and conversions.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to solve complex design challenges.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design concepts.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote work setting.
