Junior Talent Sourcer
About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team and help us attract exceptional talent across global markets. In this role, you’ll identify and engage passive candidates, build targeted sourcing pipelines, and use modern tools and AI to support the hiring process. You’ll collaborate closely with Recruiters and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and effective sourcing workflow that brings high-quality professionals into the organization.
What You’ll Do
Search for and identify high-quality passive candidates across multiple sourcing platforms
Build and maintain targeted pipelines for various roles and specialities.
Create personalized outreach messages and engage candidates effectively
Conduct initial qualification using predefined criteria
Maintain accurate and structured data in our ATS and CRM systems
Participate in sourcing research, market insights, and employer branding initiatives
Support recruiting-related events and help improve sourcing processes
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at every touchpoint
What We’re Looking For
1+ years of experience in sourcing for various role types
Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms, including effective candidate identification and engagement
Knowledge of Boolean and X-ray search techniques
Understanding of recruitment processes and talent pipelines
Experience in conducting market research and interpreting its trends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Upper-Intermediate English level or higher
Familiarity with AI tools to automate routine sourcing tasks
Experience with ATS or/and CRM systems
