As a Junior Quality Assurance Analyst at Namecheap, you will collaboratively review and validate the development work to ensure quality and that the requirements are met, ensuring our millions of users experience our products in a fluid and seamless way.
Location: Hybrid or 100% remote!
Interview Process: This is a three-stage, three-week process: A 45-minute HR conversation ➡️ A 1h Technical & Values discussion ➡️ A 1h30 Technical interview
Reporting to: Vânia Marques, QA Lead
Your team: 14 people (1 Technical Lead, 2 Project Managers, 3 Backend Developers, 5 Frontend Developer, 2 Quality Assurance Analysts and YOU!)

What will you do?
Full-Cycle Testing: Validate development work from planning to release
Requirements Analysis: Review functionality, migrations, and new features
Quality Focus: Build relationships to make quality a shared priority
Test Case Design: Craft scenarios to cover new developments
Tools Proficiency: Report bugs in JIRA and validate fixes
Knowledge Sharing: Continuously share insights to improve processes
What will you bring?
Experience in Web testing
Experience with requirement analysis
Experience writing and maintaining test documentation (bug reports, test cases, checklists) and using bug-tracking systems
Experience testing REST APIs
Experience with Charles Proxy or similar tools
Will be a plus:
Experience with databases
Experience using monitoring management tools and logging analysis
Familiarity with CI/CD and VCS
Experience with AWS
