Your position in our team

• Provide high-quality IT support to users by diagnosing and resolving issues related to software, hardware, and general IT topics.

• Manage tickets in the ITSM portal – register, classify, and process user requests.

• Analyse tickets and provide relevant information during escalation when needed.

• Manage user accounts in relevant IT systems.

• Support the smooth operation of the company’s IT environment.

• Collaborate with the team to optimize processes and improve the efficiency of IT services.

• Provide support in English and German  

Your profile

• Secondary education in IT or a related field.

• Good understanding of basic IT support processes.

• Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., Jira).

• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software.

• English at B2/C1 level (support is also provided in English).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills when working with users.

• Ability to organise your workload efficiently, prioritise tasks, and work under time pressure.

• Proactive, ambitious, and eager to learn and develop IT knowledge.
