Ideally, you have:

• effortless communication skills in both English and Romanian

• 3 years of proven experience as Project Manager in IT

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) or related field

• basic understanding of relational databases

• basic understanding of CI/CD processes meaning

• basic understanding of frontend and backend communication

• basic understanding of GitFlowKnowing what Versioning in releases means

• basic understanding of backend structure (API, endpoints, parameters)

Your daily tasks:

• a proactive approach to the partners and customers (we don't wait to get the response, we try to be proactive with clients - no bullshit but we want to help them build good products)

• self-managing tasks priorities

• responding on Slack/Mail within an appropriate time

• meeting with the client to gather requirements

• support team (external/internal) in making the best decisions

• leading the development team

• managing Jira

• meeting with Design team to discuss UI/UX

• writing the spec or project documentation

• leading some Project meetings
