Your Role:
As an IT Operations Project Lead/ IT Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in scaling our internal systems and processes to support rapid business growth. You will work cross-functionally to understand business needs, architect solutions, and drive adoption that enhances productivity. Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive business needs assessments, gather and document requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.
Provide tracking and reporting on corporate systems initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Act as Project Lead for corporate systems, managing strategic IT projects and translating requirements into technical deliverables.
What We’re Looking For:
A minimum of 8 years of experience as an IT Project Manager/IT Business Analyst or in similar role, ideally a blend of consulting and corporate/startup/tech experience.
Proven experience in business analysis and designing complex systems within mid-size to enterprise environments.
A strong process improvement mindset.
Expertise in technology onboarding.
Proficiency in systems analysis and architecture.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
Platform-specific knowledge, such as Notion or Jira, is a plus.
