Overview:
We are looking for an IT Business Relationship Manager to join our team. This positions reports directly to the Senior Manager IT Business Solutions and is responsible for project management, requirements, testing, and Tier 2 support. This role will act as a lead to the Business Analyst team by aggerating, distributing, and prioritizing assignments to set them up for success and growth. The IT Business Relationship Manager will work closely with key stakeholders and business partners as needed.
About You:- Bachelors degree in Information Technology or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as business analyst or related testing support role
- Preferred knowledge in implementation and clinical systems
- 2 years project management desired
- PMP certification preferred
- Proven advanced working knowledge of industry standard methodologies and best practices (i. e. Project Life Cycle, System Development Life Cycle with emphasis on Change Management)
- Able to identify solutions to the development and technical team based on approved business and functional requirements
- Estimates timeframes, identifies required resources/skills, and prepares time/cost estimates for meeting project objectives in the most cost-effective manner
Compensation may vary within the salary range provided based on several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s location, experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications and department equity. Gentiva provides associates with a comprehensive benefits and total rewards package, of which base pay is just one piece.
Salary Range – $85k - $95k
