Circle’s platform includes the world’s largest regulated stablecoin network anchored by USDC, Circle Payments Network for global money movement, and Arc, an enterprise-grade blockchain designed to become the Economic OS for the internet. What you’ll be part of:

Circle is committed to visibility and stability in everything we do. As we grow as an organization, we're expanding into some of the world's strongest jurisdictions. Speed and efficiency are motivators for our success and our employees live by our company values: High Integrity, Future Forward, Multistakeholder, Mindful, and Driven by Excellence. We have built a flexible work environment where new ideas are encouraged and everyone is a stakeholder.

Circle is looking for a seasoned leader to join its Investor Relations department.

Circle (CRCL) is one of the leading and highest profile companies in blockchain technology.  Circle is a platform company which, anchored by our stablecoins, is building the technology infrastructure to support a financial services system built on the internet.  We believe the internet financial system will fundamentally alter how we move, store and transact value in the same way the internet changed how we create, store and access information.

Circle went public in June of 2025 on the NYSE in one of the most successful share offerings of the year.  Circle is a novel and dynamic company pursuing a substantial growth opportunity in a rapidly evolving environment.  The novel nature of Circle with no public company comparables, the long term disruptive element of our opportunity and the enormous scale of our TAM creates the need for a sophisticated and dynamic investor relations program.

This demands an energetic, proactive candidate with a demonstrated strategic mindset, analytical capabilities, strength in time and project management, strong presentation skills, agility to succeed in a rapidly changing environment and credibility to confidentially engage with analysts, investors and senior management

What you'll work on:

  • Supporting the VP, Investor Relations & Capital Markets and the CFO in developing, maintaining and enhancing Circle’s relationship with sell side analysts and buy side investors.

  • Developing close cross-functional relationships with Communications, Strategy/Policy, Legal, Marketing, Product and other areas within Circle whose functions are directly or indirectly important to Circle’s public positioning.

  • Developing a deep understanding from analyst and investor engagement of market perceptions of Circle

  • Maintaining and enhancing Circle’s own valuation models.

  • Developing strong company and sector expertise to understand strategic, operational and financial developments at Circle and the ongoing evolution in the blockchain/crypto environment.

  • Contributing to the development of Circle’s ongoing investment narrative and the preparation of quarterly earnings, conference presentations, management briefings and other relevant public company documents.

  • Leading the ongoing development of investor relations internal reporting infrastructure

  • Helping develop an AI strategy for Investor Relations

  • Being prepared for any number of unexpected demands in the incredibly dynamic operating environment that Circle occupies.

What you’ll bring to Circle:

  • 10+ years of experience in finance, with a strong track record in strategy/financial analysis.

  • 5+ years of specific experience in investor relations or related areas (investment banking, sell side research, buy side portfolio management) preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, Master’s degree preferred.

  • High level understanding of financial statements and models including valuation models.

  • Demonstrated understanding of capital markets, particularly equities.

  • Experience and understanding of disclosure and other regulatory obligations of a public financial services company.

  • Articulate communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven ability to think both tactically and strategically.

  • Experience working confidently with senior management.

  • Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite.

Circle is on a mission to create an inclusive financial future, with transparency at our core. We consider a wide variety of elements when crafting our compensation ranges and total compensation packages.

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.

Base Pay Range: $212,500 - $272,500

We are an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status, or any other protected status required by the laws in the locations where we hire. Additionally, Circle participates in the E-Verify Program in certain locations, as required by law.
