Inventory Accounting & D365 Data Specialist
About Us:
We are a growing organization undergoing significant systems and process transformation. As we continue to scale, we are investing in stronger data foundations, operational rigor, and cross-functional collaboration to support our manufacturing and supply chain operations. Our focus is on building sustainable, scalable processes that support growth while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and financial integrity.
About You:

This is a highly execution-focused role suited for someone comfortable working in an evolving environment where priorities may shift and structure is still being finalized.
This position is designed to provide immediate operational relief to a lean team and requires flexibility, strong judgment, and the ability to independently solve problems as they arise.
The role is a W-2 contract role - hourly rate is $45-50/hr; 40 hours a week.
Responsibilities:
Re-create, validate, and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) within Dynamics 365 based on revised manufacturing and costing structures
Support SKU setup and maintenance, including units of measure, item groups, inventory dimensions, and costing methods
Support data cleanup, validation, and reconciliation during migration from QuickBooks and other source files
Identify data inconsistencies, duplications, and structural gaps; recommend and implement corrective actions
Partner cross-functionally with Tech, Finance, Operations and Supply Chain, teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment
Provide general inventory accounting and ad hoc accounting support within Dynamics 365 as needed
Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and post-go-live stabilization efforts
Requirements:
5+ years inventory accounting experience within a manufacturing environment
Hands-on experience working with Bills of Materials (BOMs), SKUs, and inventory costing structures
Experience supporting or working within Dynamics 365 (Finance and/or Supply Chain)
