We are lean, innovative, and committed to reshaping the industry with a focus on creativity, honesty, humor, compliance, quality, and long-term partnerships. As we expand globally, we are looking for a results-driven International Sales Director to spearhead our entry into foreign markets. Position Overview The International Sales Director will lead ALP Supply Co.s global expansion at senior level, identifying priority markets, establishing partnerships, and managing compliance processes for product launches. The role requires a proven international sales background, strong organizational skills, and theability to drive measurable results in a lean, fast-growing environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement international sales strategy, prioritizing markets for entry.

  • Leverage existing industry contacts to accelerate growth and secure distribution.

  • Manage compliance submissions, labeling updates, formulation adjustments, and testing for new markets.

  • Negotiate and establish distribution partnerships.

  • Provide structured monthly updates and performance reports to CRO/CEO.

  • Track sales metrics and ensure performance targets are achieved.

  • Represent ALP at international trade shows and industry events.

Qualifications

  • Proven international sales experience in nicotine, tobacco alternatives, or CPG.

  • Established network of industry contacts, particularly in Europe, South America and emerging markets.

  • Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks for nicotine products.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Fluency in English required; added advantage for bilingual candidates.
