  • Prepare basic performance reports, and partner with the  Lead Project & Program Manager on the Content Management team to derive actionable insights and informed decision-making

  •  Partner with the People Care team, People Tech and IT to actively support tech configurations

  • Provide editorial, creative and project management support for the Lead Project & Program Manager on the Content Management team

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience managing and maintaining content management systems in HR,  Communications, Digital Marketing or a related field

  • Excellent organization and written/verbal communication skills

  • Ability to effectively manage and navigate stakeholder expectations and translate broadly defined goals or objectives into actionable steps

  • Excellent analytical and project management skills with experience independently juggling a high volume of content and multiple projects

  • Preferred proficiency in web best practices such as UX, HTML/CSS, asset management, SEO and ADA compliance, with experience in content management, including creating and publishing content on customer-facing websites

  • Knowledge of HR practices, events and programs (e.g. Benefits, Open Enrollment, Performance cycles)

  • Prior knowledge of Zendesk

  • Graphic design experience
