Internal Business Analyst (AI & Process Automation)
Company Description
The world’s digital experiences run on something invisible: the infrastructure and software that keep them fast, reliable, and secure. At Gcore, you’ll help design and deliver that foundation for an AI-driven world.
We’re a global provider of infrastructure and software solutions for AI, cloud, network, and security, powering everything from real-time communication and streaming to enterprise AI and secure web applications. With 210+ edge locations, 50+ cloud regions, and thousands of GPUs, your work here can reach users and businesses across the globe.
You’ll collaborate with leading technology partners such as Intel, NVIDIA, Dell, and Equinix, and work on platforms that power digital products used around the world. Our vision is simple: to connect the world to AI, anywhere, anytime.
Want to work on technology that goes beyond a single product or industry? Join a global team of 550+ professionals building infrastructure and software that supports the entire digital ecosystem. We are currently looking for a Internal Business Analyst (AI & Process Automation). We are looking for a Process Architect who can translate internal business pains into elegant AI & automation solutions. You are the bridge between our internal functions (HR, Finance, Legal, Ops) and our AI Engineering team. Your goal is not to 'take orders' for automation, but to reimagine processes using the power of LLMs and modern tech stacks.
You are a 'consultant with teeth': you have the authority to say 'No' to bad ideas and the expertise to propose architectural solutions that actually solve the root cause.
Job Description
What You'll Do:
Process Discovery & Audit: Deep dive into the workflows of internal departments (e.g., 'How does HR process 500 CVs?'). Identify inefficiencies and 'human middleware.'
Solution Design: Create detailed technical specifications for automation. Draw process flows in Mermaid and write logic descriptions in clear Markdown.
Stakeholder Management: Manage expectations. Explain to non-technical colleagues what is technically feasible and cost-effective. Protect the dev team from chaotic requirements.
AI Integration: Proactively identify opportunities to inject AI into workflows (e.g., 'Let's use an LLM agent to classify incoming support tickets instead of keyword rules').
Acceptance Testing: Verify that the solution delivered by developers actually solves the business problem defined in your spec.
Qualifications
Who You Are:
You are AI-Native. You use Cursor, ChatGPT, or Claude daily. You leverage AI not just for coding, but to constantly research industry best practices ('How do top tech companies automate onboarding?'). You don't reinvent the wheel; you find the best blueprint and adapt it.
You are a 'Solution Designer', not just a Scribe. You don't just write down what stakeholders want. You challenge their requests, identify the real bottlenecks, and design the right 'To-Be' process.
You speak 'Engineer'. You are comfortable reading API documentation (Swagger), understanding Webhooks, and designing JSON payloads. You know the difference between a synchronous and asynchronous process.
You speak 'Markdown'. You believe that documentation should be machine-readable. You use Mermaid.js for diagrams and Markdown for specs, so that both humans and LLMs can easily consume your work.
You are AI-Literate. You understand how LLMs work under the hood (Context Window, RAG, Agents). You know where AI shines and where it hallucinates, and you design processes that mitigate these risks.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 3+ years as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Product Manager in a tech company.
Technical Skills:
Ability to read and understand API documentation.
Proficiency in Markdown and Mermaid.js (or ability to learn fast).
Understanding of basic data structures (JSON, XML).
Soft Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to push back on unreasonable requests constructively.
AI Knowledge: Practical understanding of Generative AI capabilities and limitations.
English: Professional proficiency (C1/C2).
Nice to Have
Experience with low-code platforms (n8n, Zapier).
Background in software development or testing.
Experience implementing internal tools (Admin panels, ERPs, HRIS).
