Your mission?

The Integrated Marketing Specialist will be a crucial contributor to the Growth Marketing team, focusing on the execution, support, and optimization of integrated, scale programs. This role is responsible for the hands-on delivery of the marketing strategy, ensuring operational excellence across events, digital channels, and sales enablement initiatives, contributing directly to overall team success.

You will be in charge of…

• Program Execution & Support

  • Provide comprehensive support to the Growth Marketing team related to program activation, including asset organization, campaign setup, tracking links, and launch coordination

  • Lead the hands-on execution and logistical management of our webinar programs, including scheduling, platform setup, speaker coordination, and post-event follow-up deployment

  • Execute and manage operational tasks for Sales Prospecting Programs, ensuring content delivery and lead routing are seamless and timely

• Events & Field Coordination

  • Manage day-to-day Event coordination activities, supporting both third-party conferences and Pricefx-hosted events, including our flagship customer event, Accelerate

  • Lead the coordination and fulfillment of Accelerate sponsorship deliverables for regional System Integrator (SI) partners, ensuring all obligations are met

  • Assist the Field Activation Lead with pre-event communications, collateral preparation, and post-event lead distribution

• Digital & Content Support

  • Execute non-technical Growth Website Updates, primarily focusing on managing dynamic content related to events, partners, and localized campaign pages

  • Collaborate closely with the Internal Pricefx Brand team on scheduling, reviewing, and posting content for social media channels across various active marketing campaigns

  • Assist the Growth Marketing team in gathering and preparing data for performance reports, ensuring accuracy in campaign tracking and measurement

What should you have to succeed?

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a hands-on marketing execution or coordinator role, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment

• A strong desire to dive into the tactical execution of marketing programs, focusing on detail-oriented tasks and operational efficiency

• Practical experience with marketing execution tools, including basic content management systems (CMS) for website updates and social media scheduling platforms is a plus

• Experience coordinating event logistics, including vendor communication, shipping, registration, and on-site support

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Experience working in a highly organized and proactive manner, with proven experience managing multiple small projects simultaneously with minimal supervision

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, analytical abilities, and data-driven approaches to problem-solving

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $80,000-$95,000 per year, with actual pay determined by experience, skills, and location. This role is also eligible for variable pay targeted at 10% of base salary, with actual payout to be determined in accordance with then-current variable pay policy(ies).
