About the role
This role will use performance data to enable visibility and decision-making across Insurance teams by leading regular reporting cadences such as weekly / monthly business reviews & OKR tracking. Additionally, this role will be responsible for defining, implementing and iterating on key initiatives to improve efficiency and impact.
Responsibilities
Biz ops: Own regular metric review cadences - WBR, MBR, & QBR for supported teams
Project management: Lead initiatives to drive efficiency and improve quality across insurance teams
Process design: Develop, document and implement XFN processes / process improvement
Skills and Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in Operations, Analytics or Program Management
Experience in project management, process design & improvement or business operations
Highly organized, communicative, and collaborative
Growth mentality, eagerly seeks opportunities to learn and grow
High degree of ownership and accountability
Thrives in an unstructured environment; talented at bringing structure to chaos
Bonus Skills
Looker, Zendesk, Salesforce experience
SQL
Consulting experience
Compensation
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The US base salary for this position ranges from $72,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $80,000/year in our highest geographic market. Consistent with applicable laws, an employee's pay within this range is based on a number of factors, which include but are not limited to relevant education, skills, job-related knowledge, qualifications, work experience, credentials, and/or geographic location. Your recruiter can share more on target salary for your location during the interview process. Coalition, Inc. reserves the right to modify this range as needed.
