About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Insurance Data and Reporting Contractor. This role will primarily support our US insurance team by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our monthly reporting requirements to our strategic insurance carrier partners.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong attention to detail and great organizational and time management skills. It is best if you have basic fluency in the Microsoft suite of products, primarily Microsoft Excel. As the Insurance Data and Reporting Specialist, you will review a series of monthly data reports that are created internally, check for data accuracy and any errors, and work to resolve issues before we issue the reports out to our partners. You will have regular collaboration with the US Insurance Product team to help better understand typical errors we experience and data accuracy expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Review monthly insurance carrier data reports for errors and discrepancies.
Resolve issues regarding data accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather data and achieve data accuracy
Provide recommendations for process and reporting improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
Maintain clear documentation of processes and procedures related to data reporting.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on reporting requirements and deadlines.
What you will bring
Previous experience in data analysis or related fields.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in data analysis using tools such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with reporting software and data visualization tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
