Job Overview: Are you the kind of person who can turn a “maybe later” into a confident “let’s go”?Do you thrive on calls, follow-ups, and closing the loop on warm leads?Can you revive stalled loan applications and guide borrowers smoothly to the finish line?We’re looking for a driven, phone-savvy sales professional to re-engage approved leads, overcome objections, and get deals moving again. You’ll be calling, texting, emailing and most importantly, closing.You might be a great fit if you: Core Tasks:

  • Call past approved leads re-engage and restart loan applications

  • Explain missing or expired doc requirements and guide borrowers on next steps

  • Follow up consistently via phone, SMS, and email to drive document resubmission

  • Overcome objections related to timing, rate changes, and documentation friction

  • Rebuild urgency by communicating updated options, timelines, and approval benefits

  • Maintain daily call volume and activity targets while prioritizing high-intent leads

  • Track and report on key outreach and close metrics on a regular basis

  • Perform other tactical sales and sales-marketing related tasks as needed

Must-Haves:

  • 3+ years experience in a phone-heavy inside sales role (preferably in lending)

  • Experience using Kixie or similar phone dialer tools 

  • Demonstrated experience achieving and exceeding quota in a sales outreach role

  • 1+ years experience using Docusign and Salesforce

  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills

  • Ability to work full-time EST

Nice to have:

  • Experience selling lending products or other financial services
