Collaborate with the EMEA Channel Sales Team and Channel Partners to generate sales for Fluke Health Solutions Hardware, Software and Service Offers. Handle inbound inquiries via live chat, email, and phone with a focus on generating sales. Degree in Sales, Marketing or Technical field Minimum of 2 - 4 years of inside sales or customer service experience Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Previous experience with MS-Dynamics and/or equivalent CRM. Demonstrated ability to work independently with reasonable supervision. Fluency in English and preferrable 1-2 other European Languages. Exceptional interpersonal, communication and writing skills are required to interact with customers, other employees, and management; requires the ability to anticipate and solve problems. Strong team player with the ability to interact with Channel Sales Teams and Marketing Team in EMEA. Medical Segment experience is preferred
