Inside Sales Representative (Call Center)

As an Inside Sales Rep, you’ll run your own mini-business. You’ll turn leads into loyal retail partners through energy, confidence, and great conversations.
Drive new sales: Make outbound calls to qualified leads who already know our products and want to learn more.
Own your pipeline: From first pitch to reorder, you’ll manage relationships and keep retailers stocked and excited.
Grow your income: Hit your targets, unlock bigger bonuses—no cap, no limits.
Collaborate: Work with our field marketing and distribution teams to maximize sell-through.

Outbound Sales Calls: Reach out to potential retail accounts to introduce and sell our product offerings.
Account Management: Follow up with existing customers to support reorders, promotions, and upsells.
Lead Qualification: Use provided leads and CRM tools to identify high-potential accounts and prioritize outreach.
Relationship Building: Develop rapport with store owners, buyers, and managers to grow long-term partnerships.
Product Education: Communicate the benefits of our wellness products and current promotions to retail partners.
Sales Support: Collaborate with field teams and market leads to ensure successful in-store execution.
Reporting: Maintain records of calls, sales activities, and outcomes in CRM software for visibility and performance tracking.
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of inside sales, telesales, or call center experience
Driven, accountable, and comfortable working remotely
Confident, natural communicator with a great phone presence
Must have access to a computer, reliable internet connection, and phone.
Tech-savvy: can navigate CRM and communication tools easily
High school diploma or GED required.
