Inside Sales Executive -$100,000 estimated OTE + Benefits - Home Based
The Role
Are you a self-motivated person with a strong background in inside sales? Do you have a passion for technology and productivity? If so, you could be a perfect Inside Sales Executive for Productive Power. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a fresh challenge and further develop your career.
We are looking for a personable and tenacious Inside Sales Executive to follow-up on qualified leads. Because our service solves a personal need for prospects, you must be effective using a consultative sales approach. You will be responsible for following up on sales leads and successfully closing sales by identifying pain points and articulating the value of our training program. Leads are generated by referrals, paid search and content marketing. Sales calls are conducted using video conference. This is a remote position and you will need an appropriate, professional environment set-up at home to conduct your sales calls.
Some of the key responsibilities of an Inside Sales Executive include, but are not limited to:
- Communicating with our customers, following up on leads and conducting sales calls via video conference
- Understanding each customer's unique needs and identifying sales opportunities
- Articulating the value of our training program to customers
- Keeping up with our program information and updates
- Maintaining a database of current and potential customers via our CRM
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets

- $100K estimated OTE, including $50K salary and 10% uncapped commission

The key skills and qualities of an Inside Sales Executive:
- Bachelor's degree along with a successful sales track record, confidence in closing leads, and the ability to interact comfortably with executives
- Exceptional communication and listening skills with a focused, empathetic and consultative ear, able to affectively build rapport at all levels of the organization
- Comfortable and confident with video communication and working remotely from your home
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage your own sales pipeline and handle multiple workstreams in a fast-paced and busy environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and very adept with technology in general
- A sincere interest in helping people
You must be authorized to work in the United States and able to work normal business hours Monday-Friday
