Inbound Sales Specialist - WFH

Are you someone who wants to earn good money while working from home in a flexible environment? Do you have the drive and initiative to chase down leads? If so, this role could be perfect for you. You’ll be offering a well-regarded product with over 200 five-star reviews, recognised in the industry. You’ll get top-notch support, working directly with the company owner, using and refining a proven sales process.

Most of your work will involve conversations through social media chats, with some face-to-face video calls as well. Please note that this role requires working night shifts in the Philippines to align with the US time zone, but there is flexibility within specific hours.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Contact to Sale Chat Conversion

  • Goal: Drive signups and revenue by engaging with potential and existing customers from our social media following. Target: $20,000 in monthly revenue, currently achieved with a 14% conversion rate.

  • Tasks:

    1. Reach out to leads generated by our marketing team and close deals.

    2. Measure success through conversion tracking of inbound leads:

      • Contact leads using our sales process.

      • Follow up and close those leads.

2. Client Calls

  • Goal: Handle inbound sales calls via video and follow up with those leads.

  • Tasks:

    • Attend up to 20 calls per week, with up to five calls a day, each lasting a maximum of 45 minutes.

3. Customer Service

  • Goal: Provide first-line support, handling tickets, answering customer questions, and seeking solutions within the company.

  • Tasks:

    • Manage customer service tasks for about 1 hour per day using our ticketing system, support email or social media.

THE REQUIRED COMPETENCIES 

  • At least college graduate with Business Management or any related course

  • 2-3 years of sales experience 

Technical Know-How:

  • Sales by chat process

  • Inbound sales

  • Customer service

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)

  • Negotiation skills

  • Business acumen

  • Customer service orientation

  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Leadership and management skills

  • Teamwork and interpersonal skills

  • Research skills (business intelligence, competitor analysis, voice of the customer, market research)

Technology Skills:

  • Google Suite

  • MS Office applications

  • Communication media (Slack, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Skype, Zoom, Trello)

  • CRM tools

  • Strong systems aptitude

Other Skills:

  • Problem-solving ability

  • Detail-oriented with a quick learning ability

  • Initiative and passion for excellence

  • Willingness to perform various functions

  • High regard for integrity, excellence, continuous learning, teamwork, and creative thinking/innovation

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, digitally-centric environment

  • Process compliance

Required Tools:

  • Desktop/laptop with the following specs:

    • Processor: Intel Core i5 or higher (excluding U processors)

    • RAM: 8 GB or higher

  • A fast and stable internet connection (at least 30 MBPS) with a backup (e.g., pocket wifi)

  • Noise-canceling headphones

  • Web camera

  • Google Meet for video calls

  • Quiet and professional workstation
