We are looking for someone who has high attention to detail, strong time management skills, communication skills, organization skills who works well with deadlines and has knowledge of logistics systems. A person who understanding of transportation limitations and regulations, transportation issues and has planning skills and ability to contribute individually to greater goal.

Expected outcomes & responsibilities:

The Inbound & Returns Lead focuses on controlling the 3PLs performance to ensure achievement of service levels committed and related to Inbound and Returns. Role also supports activities required for NPS, COGs, & KPIs controls including continuous improvements and best practices regarding all Inbound processes.

• 3PLs Control: Capacity, Fill Rate, excellence performance and Service Level Agreement regarding Inbounds in all our 3PLs

• 3PLs Reporting: control and report for Backlogs, Fill Rate, Incoming Shipments, Check In/Put Away and any other special project to our 3PLs.

• 3PLs Daily Touchbases: Leads daily meetings as control points with 3PLs to maintain informed on the progress and identify future issues.

• Manage the Marketplaces Inbounds

• Analyze, report and help solving Inbound issues

• Pending Sync: Audit to ensure there's no orders pending in migration between the eCommerce platform and our ERP 

• Manage COGS & Cash Flow

Requirements:

Desired technical skills:

• Power BI/Tableau

• Lucidchart

• Advanced MS Excel (macros)

• MS Access

• SQL

Minimum technical skills:

• Strong experience working with MS Excel (Formulas, pivot tables, databases)

• Experience in Google Docs

• English verbal and written (Intermediate level)
