The implementation team at Pismo manages exciting new projects related to payments and banking, taking our clients from contract signature to go-live.

What you'll do

• Carry out project management for the implementation of new customers, ensuring visibility to all stakeholders

• Ensure that all activities take place as planned and that the client understands the platform's functionalities as well as its possible parameterizations

• Develop and maintain healthy relationships with clients, building trust and transparency

• Preparing and presenting materials, organizing meetings, technical setup and tests and validations with clients.

Minimum Qualifications

•  2+ years of experience managing projects

•  2+ years of experience in businesses related to payments and banking.

• Upper Intermediate English Level

• (Desirable) Intermediate Spanish Level

  (Desirable) Technical expertise with tools like Postman.
