HR Coordinator

Location: Remote

Job Summary:

Curv Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining HR processes, managing employee records, assisting in recruitment, and enhancing employee relations. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist with recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting new hire onboarding processes.

  • Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Manage payroll processes and assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and inquiries.

  • Employee Support: Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate employee events and initiatives to promote engagement and a positive work environment.

  • Policy Development: Assist in the development, communication, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

  • Attendance and Leave Management: Administer and track employee time-off requests and attendance records, ensuring compliance with company policies.

  • Documentation Management: Oversee HR documentation, including employment contracts, policy manuals, and other related documents.

  • HR Systems Management: Manage HR-related software systems, ensuring data accuracy and resolving system-related issues.

  • Expense and Budget Tracking: Monitor HR-related expenses and assist in managing departmental budgets to ensure cost-effective operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in an HR support role, preferably as an HR Coordinator or HR Assistant.

  • Familiarity with HR software and databases (e.g., HRIS, ATS).

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
