Job Description

Joining us as HR Services Subject Matter Expert, you will be reporting to the Global PX Services Manager, and you'll be the main support and point of contact for our HR Admins and Payroll Specialists. As a seasoned HR professional with expertise in HR Operations, you will help shape and optimize our processes while providing high-level support to our global teams.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for HR Admin and Payroll teams across all our markets.

  • Act as the first point of contact and primary support for our teams.

  • Partner with the Global PX Services Manager in defining, executing, and monitoring HR admin and payroll processes (All employee lifecycle).

  • Drive data quality initiatives to ensure our HR information is accurate and up-to-date in our HRIS.

  • Develop and analyze comprehensive reports related to our HR data.

  • Lead process implementations and spearhead automation improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with focus in Human Resources, labor relations or similar degree.

  • Proven operational experience in HR Operations (minimum of 5 years in a similar role).

  • Advanced knowledge of HR systems and processes.

  • Experience managing HR data and HR tools.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluent English).

  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently, taking initiative and ownership.

  • Strong analytical skills, including compiling data, research, and problem-solving.

  • Experience working in a multi-country, international environment is a plus.
