HR Country Specialist
As the HR Country Specialist for Brazil, you will: Ensure full compliance with Brazilian labor laws, collective bargaining agreements (CBAs), and government reporting requirements. Maintain country-specific HR policies, documentation, and processes. Lead and manage implementation of policy and compliance changes at the country level. Coordinate annual HR cycles (e.g., compensation reviews, performance management) in partnership with HR Business Partners and global Centers of Expertise. Manage vendor relationships, invoicing, and compliance for benefits programs. Provide accurate HR data for planning and timely submissions to authorities. Develop documentation, training, and tools to enable repeatability and self-service. Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor laws, CBAs, and government reporting requirements. Proven experience managing HR programs and compliance in Brazil. Ability to interpret and implement HR policies independently. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong collaboration skills across HR teams and external partners. Fluency in Portuguese and English. 5+ years of HR experience, including expertise in CBAs and compliance. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience managing benefits, wellbeing, and occupational health programs. Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and reporting tools. Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and negotiate effectively. Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
