As an HR Business Partner, you’ll be the dedicated contact business units within the company, advising on performance management and career planning, making sure people feel heard, and taking action with what you’ve learned. You’ll also help team leads and managers get more comfortable and confident in their roles, and work closely with leadership to provide a regular “health report” of the culture.

This is a remote opportunity within Canada. East coast time zone is preferred.
What we're looking for:
5-8 years as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a fast-growing tech company, with experience supporting GTM, Marketing, or customer-focused teams.
Ability to recommend process improvements and identify solutions that consider organizational impacts, aligning with 1Password's culture.
Skilled in using HRM data to identify trends and inform business recommendations; proficient in HRM tools (e.g., UKG, Lever, Workplace).
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and handle difficult conversations with poise.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and resourceful in problem-solving; self-motivated with a commitment to confidentiality and attention to detail.
Works effectively with line management and senior HRBPs to provide guidance, analyze trends, and develop HR solutions.

Build relationships with team members to understand and positively influence our company culture.
Collaborate to design and implement global employee programs that align with organizational goals.
Leveraging data and analytics to drive process improvements and inform decision-making.
Address inquiries and guide employees to appropriate resources regarding existing programs.
Promote a learning-focused culture that encourages exploration, growth, and open communication.
Assist with exit interviews, departure forms, and leave of absence support.
USA-based roles only: The Annual base salary for this role is between $105,000 USD and $141,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
Canada-based roles only: The Annual base salary for this role is between $89,000 CAD and $121,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
