To support our organization on this ambitious journey, we are looking for an HR Analyst to assist the HR Lead and Operations team in HR-related tasks.
What you will do
Lead and schedule onboarding calls with new hires.
Provide support in onboarding-related tasks.
Handle some of our HR communications (birthdays, company anniversaries, etcs).
Assist team members with HR-related questions and issues.
Support HR lead in company events and cultural activities.
Perform other operational tasks within the operations team.
Who you are
Experience or knowledge in HR-related functions.
At least 1 year of experience working in a remote and distributed team.
Attention to detail.
Fluency in english, both written and oral.
Proactive.
Flexible, being able to adapt to different needs of the organization.
Effective communication skills.
