To support our organization on this ambitious journey, we are looking for an HR Analyst to assist the HR Lead and Operations team in HR-related tasks. 

What you will do

• Lead and schedule onboarding calls with new hires. 

• Provide support in onboarding-related tasks. 

• Handle some of our HR communications (birthdays, company anniversaries, etcs).

• Assist team members with HR-related questions and issues. 

• Support HR lead in company events and cultural activities. 

• Perform other operational tasks within the operations team.

Who you are 

• Experience or knowledge in HR-related functions.

• At least 1 year of experience working in a remote and distributed team.

• Attention to detail.

• Fluency in english, both written and oral.

• Proactive.

• Flexible, being able to adapt to different needs of the organization.

• Effective communication skills.
