Job Description:

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Eastern time Georgia USA

The Corporate Recruiter is primarily responsible for creating and executing the full cycle recruitment for LinkJobsOnline. He/she will generate diverse candidate pools, maintain and promote positive relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives.

  • Full cycle recruiting in all functions/departments within the organization including posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling and offers.

  • Develop and nurture a pipeline of exceptionally qualified candidates and maintain their level of interest to meet current and future demand.

  • Develop and modify compensation for new and existing positions, incorporating incentive programs when appropriate

  • Improve organizational attractiveness by recommending new and efficient policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation trends; emphasizing benefits and perks.

  • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.

  • Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and qualifications with management.

  • Be able to adapt and complete other tasks as assigned

Job Qualifications:

  • 1 - 2 years experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems

  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment with constantly changing priorities.

  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills.
