What You Will Do: As a Healthcare Automation Analyst, you will be a member of our Financial Transformation practice and part of a team responsible for solving the most complex and strategic issues faced by hospitals, health systems, and medical groups. Healthcare Automation Analysts work to support the consulting team through researching, analyzing and organizing complex data to design models, simulations and reporting that will impact project direction and client outcomes.
Responsibilities would include: • Perform detailed, quantitative analysis; build Excel models; and prepare operational and financial projections. • Supply data and/or quantitative info. that develops project findings and recommendations. • Prepare project materials and reports. • Work with the larger teams and as well as take the lead on presentation of final deliverables that go to client sponsors. • Assist in design and implementation of recommended solutions. • Work with several project teams and Guidehouse Associate Directors and Executives. • Effectively communicate with Guidehouse management and client staff.
What You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree
1+ years of prior relevant data analytics experience
Experience working with large, complex datasets
Experience developing analytical models and structuring methodologies
Experience performing diagnostic, analytical, and quantitative tasks
Knowledge of statistics, machine learning, programming and simulation
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Bachelor’s degree in data science, engineering, finance or related field
Significant knowledge of the healthcare industry
Proven track record of solving complex problems and completing challenging projects
Additional qualifications include efficiency, flexibility, innovative problem-solving skills, a high level of motivation, and excellent organizational skills.
Must be able to work well independently and within team structures

The annual salary range for this position is $59,900.00-$89,900.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
