We have an opening for a Health Quality Solutions Division Director (Internal Team Members Only) The Health Quality Solutions Division Director oversees the management of Mountain Pacific Health Quality Solutions Division, ensuring all contract requirements are met and exceeded. This position provides program oversight of strategic development, project and budget management, risk mitigation and process improvement.  As a director this position provides strategic direction and organizational leadership, aligning departmental operations, resources, and initiatives with long-term business objectives, while providing cross organizational insight and leadership. This position supervises the leaders directly responsible for Health Quality Solutions contracts.   This position identifies and cultivates new business and service line opportunities for the organization and works closely with the Corporate Development team.. This position is responsible for coordinating and collaborating with all departments and divisions to improve efficiencies and build innovative solutions.   The successful candidate would have excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail. A minimum of 5 year of leadership experience and 5 years of experience in health care administration. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in quality improvement, health services research or administration, public health, or related field preferred. This position requires travel up to 15%. The target compensation for this position is $115,000 - $153,000 a year.  The first review of candidates will be on March 23, 2026, and continually reviewed every 5 days after.
