Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking marketing leader to oversee our EMEA and India marketing organizations.

This role serves as a key driver of regional growth, leading marketing as a commercial engine to drive pipeline, revenue impact, and market share gains. It carries clear accountability for regional growth outcomes, including pipeline generation, market prioritization, and marketing’s contribution to revenue.

The successful candidate will operate with a dual lens, acting as both a regional leader and an active member of the global marketing leadership team, balancing regional market needs with global scale and consistency.

This role is expected to evolve and elevate the regional marketing model, challenging existing approaches and building new capabilities to drive growth.

The ideal candidate brings both strategic vision and operational rigor, with the ability to operate in a complex, fast-evolving environment while building scalable, high-impact programs with clear business outcomes. This role requires a hands-on leader who is comfortable operating at both the strategic and executional levels and is eager to step into broader leadership responsibility while remaining closely connected to the work and the team.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Growth Leadership

  • Own regional pipeline generation, lead conversion, and marketing’s contribution to revenue

  • Define and lead go-to-market strategy, including segmentation, prioritization of where to play and how to win, and localization based on regional market dynamics

Sales & Market Partnership

  • Partner closely with regional sales leadership on planning, go-to-market strategy, and ongoing operating reviews

  • Serve as a strategic partner on funnel development, pipeline acceleration, and revenue growth

  • Lead regional events, partnerships, and field marketing activation aligned to pipeline impact

  • Maintain strong connection to customer and market insights to inform strategy and execution

Marketing Transformation & Capability Building

  • Define and drive the evolution of modern B2B marketing practices across the region, including account-based and AI-enabled approaches

  • Identify gaps in current marketing approaches and lead the development of new strategies, capabilities, and operating models to improve growth outcomes

  • Lead and develop a high-performing, geographically distributed team, including talent development and capability building

  • Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

  • Contribute to global marketing initiatives and scale best practices across regions

Operational Excellence

  • Establish strong operating discipline, including planning cadence, KPI-driven execution, and budget management

  • Operate as a player-coach, contributing directly to key initiatives while building the capabilities of the broader team

  • Drive alignment between global and regional marketing to balance efficiency with market impact

Cross-functional Leadership

  • Partner with regional technical marketing leaders to jointly shape go-to-market and market prioritization strategies

  • Drive aligned decision-making across marketing functions to ensure cohesive execution and a unified voice to the market

Qualifications

  • Experience leading or stepping into leadership of marketing teams in a complex B2B environment, ideally across multiple regions

  • Demonstrated ownership of pipeline generation and measurable contribution to revenue outcomes

  • Demonstrated ability to drive change and evolve marketing approaches

  • Strong understanding of modern marketing practices, including account-based marketing, digital transformation, and AI in marketing

  • Track record of driving measurable business outcomes and improving marketing ROI

  • Experience partnering closely with sales leadership on planning, funnel strategy, and execution

  • Strong operational discipline with a track record of driving structured, KPI-driven execution

  • Ability to bring clarity, prioritization, and direction in complex environments

  • Experience operating in a hands-on leadership capacity within a lean or evolving marketing organization

  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders

  • Experience managing budgets and aligning investment to strategic priorities

  • Technical background or equivalent industry experience, with the ability to engage credibly with technical products and audiences

What We’re Looking For

  • A growth-oriented leader who thinks like a general manager and owns business outcomes

  • A hands-on leader who is equally comfortable setting direction and rolling up their sleeves to execute

  • A builder who is energized by creating, evolving, and challenging existing approaches to drive better outcomes

  • A strong collaborator who builds trust and alignment across sales, technical, and global teams

  • A leader who brings clarity, prioritization, and decisiveness in complex and evolving environments

  • A builder of teams and culture who develops talent and drives accountability

What We Offer:

  • A leadership role with significant responsibility and impact within an international, innovative technology company

  • Comprehensive onboarding and continuous training and development opportunities

  • The opportunity to actively contribute to the growth of a dynamic market segment
