Who We're Looking For:
The Head of Delivery Assurance is responsible for leading the Delivery Assurance function within the Center of Delivery Excellence.
The role ensures consistent, predictable, and high-quality delivery across all project types, delivery models, and client engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery Leadership
Own and manage the Delivery Assurance direction within the Center of Delivery Excellence
Define and continuously improve delivery standards and governance across all projects
Ensure a consistent delivery approach across different project types and execution models
Team Management
Lead and develop teams of: Delivery Assurance Leads, Business Architects, Technical Architects
Set clear roles, responsibilities, and collaboration models across teams
Support professional growth and performance management
Delivery Processes & Governance
Design and maintain unified delivery processes for: internal delivery, partner-led delivery, hybrid delivery models
Establish delivery controls, escalation paths, and quality checkpoints
Drive risk, issue, and dependency management practices
Project & Stakeholder Management
Oversee complex and high-risk projects
Support critical client situations and escalations
Align delivery execution with business, sales, and partner teams
Strategic & Critical Thinking
Identify delivery risks early and drive mitigation actions
Contribute to delivery strategy, resource planning, and engagement models
Support the continuous improvement of delivery maturity
Required Experience:
10+ years of experience in delivery, project, or program management
Proven experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
Strong background in enterprise or large-scale software implementations
Experience working with external partners and distributed teams
Hands-on experience with client escalations and delivery recovery
Key Skills & Competencies:
Delivery and program management
Leadership and people management
Process design and standardization
Stakeholder and conflict management
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication skills
Preferred Background:
Experience in enterprise platforms, SaaS, CRM, ERP, or low-code/no-code solutions
Understanding of architecture concepts and system integrations
Experience in regulated or complex domains (e.g., financial services, public sector)
