**Job Title: Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant** **Terms:** 1+ Year Contract **Work Schedule:** Remote/PST hours ** Skills:** - 5+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant. - Experience with both Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and post-production support. - Strong functional expertise in Oracle Core HR and Oracle Talent Management. - Ability to understand technical concepts and effectively partner with technical teams. - Experience gathering business and translating them into Oracle HCM solutions. **Preferred Skills:** - Experience with Oracle BI Reporting (OTBI/BI Publisher). - Experience configuring and designing Oracle HCM workflows. - Additional Oracle HCM module experience (Compensation, Recruiting, Learning, Benefits, Payroll, etc.) is highly preferred.
