We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce, including custom objects, formula fields, flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards

  • Experience supporting CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or similar quote-to-cash workflows

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce data architecture and basic proficiency in SOQL or SQL

  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects and system enhancements independently

  • Experience creating and maintaining system documentation for technical and non-technical collaborators

While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

  • Salesforce Administrator or related certifications

  • Experience supporting a SaaS go-to-market business model

  • Experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Revenue Cloud or Partner Ecosystem Management

At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
