Join a team that collaborates with industry giants like Intel, Dell, NVIDIA and Equinix to accelerate AI training, provide cutting-edge cloud services, and optimize content delivery. If you are passionate about transforming the internet and contributing to cutting-edge innovations, come join us at Gcore! We are over 550 professionals and currently looking for a Compute Hosting Growth Lead (GTM)
About the Role
As our Compute Hosting Growth Lead, you’ll own the growth strategy and unit economics for Gcore’s low-cost compute and hosting business — a product line designed for cost-efficient workloads and large-scale deployment use cases. This role blends data-driven growth management, product-led activation, and revenue optimization. You’ll drive measurable impact by improving conversion funnels, optimizing acquisition channels, and scaling adoption across self-serve and assisted customer journeys. We’re looking for someone who knows how to scale growth globally - optimizing acquisition, retention, and unit economics across international markets. You understand regional differences in user behavior, pricing sensitivity, and go-to-market dynamics — and can turn that knowledge into scalable growth playbooks that work worldwide. If you thrive at the intersection of analytics, execution, and business impact - and you understand the economics of hosting and compute - this role is for you.
Job Description
Your Responsibilities:
🎯 Growth Strategy & Unit Economics
Own the growth plan for Gcore’s compute hosting portfolio, from activation to retention.
Track and optimize key metrics - CAC, LTV, payback, and retention - to ensure healthy unit economics.
Define growth hypotheses and lead experiments (pricing, onboarding, referral loops, PLG motions).
💡 Positioning & Messaging
Shape and maintain the positioning of our compute hosting offering in the market - “affordable compute for scale.”
Work closely with marketing to craft messaging for cost-sensitive developers, startups, and businesses.
Identify and communicate Gcore’s unique differentiators in performance, pricing, and scalability.
📈 Channel Optimization
Analyze and optimize performance across acquisition channels - paid, SEO, referral, affiliates, marketplaces, and community growth.
Develop frameworks for continuous testing and cost efficiency improvement.
Collaborate with marketing and analytics to drive ROI-positive acquisition and onboarding campaigns.
🤝 Sales Enablement & Expansion Support
Equip sales teams with data-backed insights, battle cards, and ICP guides for upselling to large-scale users.
Identify existing customers with high hosting potential and coordinate targeted expansion campaigns.
Provide analytical support and materials to help sellers engage cost-conscious enterprise buyers.
🔁 Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with product and engineering to improve the PLG journey, onboarding flow, and pricing models.
Serve as the internal advocate for hosting customers, ensuring their needs inform roadmap and UX priorities.
Work closely with analytics and finance to monitor profitability and scale efficiently.
Qualifications
We Expect You to Have:
✅ Experience
3+ years in Growth, Product-Led Growth, or Marketing Operations - ideally in hosting, cloud, or SaaS.
Proven success managing performance metrics (CAC, LTV, churn) and running growth experiments.
Familiarity with digital channels (SEO, PPC, referral, lifecycle, affiliate) and funnel analytics.
Experience driving customer acquisition and PLG growth across international markets, with an understanding of regional behavior, pricing dynamics, and scalability challenges.
Bonus: Background as a founder/operator in hosting, infrastructure, or compute-related business.
📊 Skills
Strong analytical mindset - able to interpret data, build dashboards, and translate insights into action.
Solid understanding of PLG tactics and self-serve monetization models.
Excellent communication and project management skills for cross-functional execution.
❤️ Mindset
Hands-on and entrepreneurial - you build, test, and learn by doing.
Obsessive about efficiency, metrics, and experimentation.
Collaborative, curious, and impact-oriented - you see growth as a team sport.
Why Join Us?
Lead growth for one of the most scalable and cost-sensitive product lines in global cloud infrastructure.
