Our GTM Enablement team supports 3000+ sales and customer success professionals driving revenue and growth at one of the fastest-growing publicly traded companies in the SaaS industry. We pride ourselves on being a reliable, real-time, and consistent resource for the Sales and Customer Success Teams and empower them to do their jobs more efficiently while growing their skill set and enabling HubSpot’s long term strategy.

We are seeking a Project Manager to play a critical role in scaling the impact of our global GTM Enablement programs. In this role, you will collaborate with our Enablement Team’s global program owners and other cross-functional teams within Enablement to ensure the effective execution of our programs. This includes creating project plans, executing deliverables, creating communications, and building reports on program success.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements

  • Execute project plans with a focus on meeting deliverables and deadlines

  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential roadblocks/risks, and proposing solutions in partnership with the program owner

  • Work closely with cross-functional enablement teams to understand their needs, deliverables, available resources, and timelines to support the project

  • Support effective communication strategies and collaborate across team members and stakeholders

  • Create and maintain project presentations and documentation

  • Generate regular reports on project and program performance, providing insights for continuous improvement

  • Navigate competing priorities and make decisions autonomously to maximize impact

Characteristics/experience needed for the job:

  • Thrives in ambiguity and comfort with working autonomously

  • Exceptional organizational skills

  • Ability to execute effective change management strategies and influence stakeholders to take action

  • Data-driven decision-making, using data to inform project direction and iteration

  • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana), technologies, and best practices

  • Experience supporting Sales & CS roles, understanding of what these teams need to be successful

  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally

  • Experience in Project Management in a global organization, working with different cultures across multiple time zones

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

  • Experience managing multiple projects aligning to multiple owners

Cash compensation range: 90400-135600 USD Annually This resource will help guide how we recommend thinking about the range you see. Learn more about HubSpot’s compensation philosophy. The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
