About the Role

As a Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of creating innovative, customer-centric products that enhance user satisfaction and drive business growth. You will lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of new tests, interfaces, and features across web and mobile. This role requires a proactive, data-driven approach to decision-making, with a strong emphasis on A/B testing, multivariate testing, and agile methodologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, manage the roadmap, and achieve key business objectives.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Ideation and Development: Spearhead the ideation, technical development, and launch of new tests, interfaces, and features for consumer products across mobile web, mobile app, and desktop.

  • Build Growth Roadmaps: Develop and drive roadmaps focused on conversion rate optimization and lifetime value (LTV) through A/B testing and multivariate testing.

  • Drive New Features: Utilize lean and scrum best practices to lead the implementation of new features.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify significant areas of opportunity for product enhancement.

  • Understand Customer Needs: Partner with the User Research team to gain insights into customer needs and pain points.

  • Conduct Usability Studies: Use usability studies, data analysis, and other research methods to produce product requirements that improve productivity and product satisfaction.

  • Define Product Requirements: Create product requirements for minimal viable products (MVPs) and new features/enhancements.

  • Analyze Product Metrics: Define and analyze product metrics to inform decision-making and measure success.

  • Collaborate with Data Analysts: Work with Data Analysts to establish metrics that measure and understand the performance of product areas.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 3+ years of B2C growth product management experience focusing on web and mobile.

  • Testing Expertise: Proven experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing.

  • Metrics Knowledge: Strong understanding of product metrics and their interaction with other business initiatives.

  • Strategic Planning Skills: Ability to develop and communicate a clear strategic vision for the product.

  • Leadership Abilities: Experience leading cross-functional teams in product development.

  • Market Analysis Skills: Proficiency in analyzing market trends, competition, and customer feedback to inform product decisions.

  • Project Management Skills: Strong coordination and collaboration skills to deliver on objectives and key results.

  • Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to leverage analytics and data to drive alignment around key business opportunities.
